Packing&Delivery

Glass products are fragile products, and customers are inevitably worried that the goods will be damaged after receiving them. In order to avoid the problem of product damage, we do followings:

Step 1: Customised Five-Layer corrugated export cartons for each bottle. Ensure the solidity of the cartons in transmit.
Step 2: Each glass bottle is placed into egg packaging. The egg packaging let the bottle separately to prevent collision and damage.
Step 3: Packed all export cartons on the plastic pallets. Then covered the goods on pallet with transparent film to make it solid enough. Finnaly, wrap 2 bands on the pallet to prevent tilt in shipment.
