In Reed Diffuser products, the common ones have: Spray color, Electroplating, Painting, Screen printing, Frosting, Embossing, Fade, Label etc.
At present, the use of silk screen printing is extremely extensive, it can enhance the design of the glass bottle and make it more attractive to customers. Of course, he also has high requirements for craftsmanship.
Screen Printing: on a blank transparent or frosted or sprayed bottles do Screen Printing, it need to choose high temperature ink. After being colored, it is baked at high temperature, as that it will not fade and not easy to scratch when you using Diffuser Bottle.
When customers confirmed Printed design, we will do Artwork then doing samples before Mass Production for customers. Then keep the final products is not problem.
Decoration Firing: This is similar with Screen Printing, just it can do more complex design on Glass Bottle surface(Patterns with more than 3 colors ). This is to decorate the bottle with a pattern, then fired in the oven, and finally the pattern or text is firmly attached to the Bottle surface.
