2. Technical drawings
When the design is complete, the next step is to create a bottle specification drawing to define the measurable characteristics of the bottle while adhering to manufacturing constraints. At this stage, we need to verify the technical specification before production.

3. 3D Rendering
Once the drawings are approved, we proceed to detail the mechanics detailing all functions. Following this mechanism, we then digitized and rendered the new product to get a very close look at the final product. This is where it really comes alive.
4. Molds and Vials
We turn designs into real products, custom molds are created in approximately 25 to 30 days, and three to four vials can be produced. It will take about 5 days to make samples. Samples will also be express to you to check them directly. If the final sample is confirmed, this will be considered as the standard for mass production; if want some small changes, it is also acceptable, we will fix it before going to the full production tool.
