1. What is the difference between high white glass and crystal white glass?
High white material and Crystal white material are the expression of Glass Bottle Diffuser quality. High white material has good transparency, and crystal white material has the best transparency. Usually compared with crystal, Crystal clear bottles tend to be heavier, and often contain a deep bottom 20-30mm which gives the bottle a more substantial feel. Crystal whites are often the choice of brands in the premium liquor sector, especially in the vodka, cognac, brandy and whiskey categories.
2. Is it possible to emboss or emboss trademark or logo in the diffuser glass bottle?
As a feature of the mold itself, it is no problem to incorporate embossing/ de-embossing features into Decorative Diffuser Bottles. It's a cost-effective (and free) way to give your product more impact and personalize your brand. Not all details can be achieved this way, but please send us your design for review and we can let you know.
3. Can custom designs be deep processed on my China custom bottles?
There are a variety of decoration types that can be used to further customize the bottle's design.
Ceramic Heat Transfer: A method of applying a decal to the glass bottle, which is then baked onto the glass surface. The cost of labels usually depends on the number of colors and size.
Full, partial or gradient tinting by fine organic (food safe) spray, then baked "outside" onto the glass surface. We have color combinations available, or specific colors can be achieved by matching samples or colors. Color can also be added to the glass material itself during production. Although multiple colors of glass can be achieved this way, customers may be somewhat at the mercy of the production schedule, waiting for the campaign to run in their desired color.
Secondary Decoration: Metal badges, wood, plastic, wax, diamond crystal and other embossing and de-embossing.
4. Will the project details be kept confidential?
We work with all clients as a matter of course and in the strictest confidentiality. People who want us to sign NDAs; we do. This is often a prerequisite for some of the larger companies we work with.
5. Do you have the mold and design for customized Diffuser Glass Bottle?
The customer is the owner of the mold and as part of our terms of service we cannot use the mold for any other customer. Customers are free to "port" the molds to any other factory if they wish, or to take them back after production is complete.
6. What is the difference between sample bottle mold and mass production bottle mold?
Sample molds are available as a stage in the customer's bottle development process. It is a cost-effective way for customers to review their designs and make adjustments before going into full production. One sample mold is only good for about 5-10 sample pieces.
Only after the final design has been confirmed, the production tooling is made. This is a full set of production molds, and depending on the size of the stock, can produce approximately 500,000 pieces.
